“We have been thinking about integrating our own mobile application: all customers use mobile phones and prefer to learn about services from the Internet. Receptionists are likely to forget what it means to answer “live” questions. Therefore I have started exploring this market closely. I have immediately rejected the option of building own application as it’s too expensive. However, the HRC app option seems to be really attractive. The cost is affordable, and all target results can be achieved. Therefore, we are going to get connected in the near future and then will be waiting for customer returns and boosted sales”.
