The first Hotel Sales Case Conference called SALES was held on 20 September, 2016; it was devoted to the ways to restart your Hotel Sales Division. The event was organized by Independent Hotel Alliance.

The Conference was focused on the need for change in sales division activities to ensure higher profitability in the future; it defined the requirements for sales managers and options for increasing sales while holding prices steady, thus providing the best hotel service.
